What are the means of payment?
MyNursery only uses safe recurring payment methods, these reward your loyalty and offer you an automatic discount if you remain a partner at the end of your formula. This also offers a service minimizing the actions necessary for the payment of invoices and thus avoiding any interruption of service. Our means of payment are:
- Credit cards: a practical and secure option that allows you to pay for your purchases quickly and with confidence. Credit cards give you direct access to your PRO space after paying for your ads.
- SEPA direct debit: an ideal solution for recurring payments from your IBAN account. It is as simple as the bank card, but you have to wait a few days for the bank to validate the payment and for you to be able to access your PRO space. An email will be sent to you as soon as the payment is validated to activate your account. During this time, you will not have access to the dashboard to manage your ads.
- If you wish to use a standard bank transfer, a maximum period of 8 days is necessary after receipt of payment to validate your PRO space non-automatically. Unfortunately, you will not benefit from the automatic reduction either if you choose to renew your subscription. Please contact us by email at info@mynursery.be detailing your request (category, number of ads, formula,...).
I decide to become a partner with a formula, and then what?
◆ Once you are a partner with your chosen formula, you have full control over your ad during this period.
An email will be sent to you 7 days before the end of this period.
During these last 7 days, you have two choices:

You continue to trust us, no action to take. The recurring subscription continues and you benefit from 20% automatic discount for a new period of 12 months. (renewed each year in the same way)

You unfortunately decide to leave us. Log into your personal space and delete your payment method within 7 days. Your ad will be deactivated from our directory at the end of this period. (If you exceed this period, there is no retraction period and your ad will be republished for 12 months at -20%)
◆ If you decide to add an additional ad during your subscription, the extra charge will be billed in proportion to the time remaining on your initial ad.
You will therefore only pay for the remaining months (invalid promotion(s)) on your initial subscription and can renew the package for a new period.
E.g.: you open a second shop or other daycare 9 months after your first subscription, the second place will only be charged for the remaining 3 months of your initial subscription.
MyNursery also offers you a right of withdrawal of 14 days, 100% refunded!

As MyNursery is an advertising digital directory, these subscription fees can be deducted 100% as business expenses,
◆ as well as 100% of the VAT for taxable persons.
◆ the amount excluding VAT, if you are a VAT franchisee
◆ if you apply the "limited flat rate" according to the circular in application ( daycares).
